With rawness and intimacy as guiding principles, Mwuana takes his new band The Mwuanas out on tour across Sweden. A stripped-down live format that puts the songs, the interplay and the presence front and centre. The tour wraps up with two nights at Fasching in February.
Over the past decade Mwuana has established himself as one of the most distinctive voices in Swedish music. With a catalogue that moves freely between hip-hop, R&B, soul and alternative pop, he has built his own musical language — one where Swedish and English coexist as naturally as the explosive and the introspective.
In recent years he has expanded his practice in several directions. The documentary Mwuana: Framför allt premiered at Way Out West in 2024, and the long-awaited album HEAT followed the year after. Now the music takes shape in a new live format: expression stripped back, presence turned up. Two nights with more room for improvisation, interplay and unfiltered energy.
