Ten years after his debut album Cool, Broder John looks back across his entire solo trilogy. This autumn he embarks on a unique anniversary tour, performing one album in full each night: Cool, DRIFT and Följ inte mig.
Few artists have left a bigger mark on the Swedish independent scene over the past decade. From founding and running Hoopdiggas and Powerpose FM Festival, to having Cool named one of the decade’s best albums by GAFFA, becoming the first artist ever to perform in Swedish at COLORSxSTUDIOS, and seeing Följ inte mig nominated for P3 Guld’s Album of the Year.
With a body of work that has consistently gone its own way, and one of Swedish hiphop’s sharpest pens, Broder John has become one of the country’s most significant voices. The anniversary tour is a rare chance to hear the trilogy live, from the debut to today.
