Privacy Policy

PERSONAL DATA POLICY
We take your personal privacy seriously. Therefore, we want to inform you about how we handle your personal data.

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a new EU regulation that comes into effect throughout the EU on May 25, 2018. GDPR replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL) and tightens the requirements on how companies can process your personal data. Read more about GDPR on the Swedish Data Protection Authority’s website.
An important part of the GDPR is consent. Consent means that we must obtain your approval before we can store the personal data that you have chosen to share with us.
We respect your privacy and the right to control your own personal data. We will be clear about what information we collect and why, and we will protect your information as securely as possible. We will never sell your personal data to another company.

Subscription to newsletter

When you become a subscriber to newsletters from Fasching, you give your consent to us processing your personal data, email address, and the pattern of your digital usage, in order to adapt our communication and digital services for you. We save data in order to create relevant offers and to improve your user experience through the way we communicate and advertise to you.

When buying a ticket for one of our concerts, you have the option to click if you want to receive information for similar events. This happens in such a way that we save your email address in lists with the exact genre for which you bought a ticket. Since we at Fasching also work with the Stockholm Jazz Festival, you can also receive emails regarding this event in cases where we think it is relevant and interesting for you.

Fasching is always responsible for your personal data but sends our newsletters via a supplier called Meltwater. When you subscribe to our newsletters, you agree to Meltwater storing your email address.
