Damn! started as a dance club in Lund and Malmö with DJs and live musicians jamming to funk, soul, Latin and hip-hop as their common ground.
Over 25 years later, they’re back with new material. Time Machine – the band’s fourth album – was recorded in locations around the world. The single “Music in our mind,” featuring Timbuktu and Mira Palme, is the first taste.
Since the cult debut Youth Style and years of touring with Timbuktu, Damn! have established themselves as one of Sweden’s finest live bands. Eight musicians on stage – trumpet, trombone, sax, bass, keyboards, drums, guitar and vocals – if you’ve seen Damn! at Fasching before, you know what’s coming: groove, groove, groove!
