Over the years, pianist Carsten Dahl (DK) has played in countless trios with critically acclaimed CD releases and tours around the world. The music mostly consists of current compositions, but also of decidedly newly written compositions and some well-known songs . The music is poetic, touching, swinging, wild and polyphonic. Its strives for a collective balance in its development, and the creation is carried forward by the inner uncompromising necessity of the three sublime individual musicians and their mutually complementary understanding of the creation of the moment in a sonic community. In January 2023 the trio went to the studio in Asker in Norway and recorded a trio album.
