Beat Funktion is back! The energetic hard swinging funk masters who achieved international success with the albums “Voodooland”, “Mandy’s Secret” and “Olympus” are finally back with completely new music, presented on their eighth studio album entitled “Skyward”. Like previous albums, 70s-marinated, hard-boiled and dance-friendly jazz funk is served with jazz solos, well seasoned with an ounce of Afrobeat, disco and psychedelia, which makes it completely impossible to sit still.
