On August 16, Elaria Orchestra takes the Fasching stage, a contemporary big band where seasoned jazz musicians meet a new generation of top-tier talent. Led by composer, arranger, and pianist Erika Hammarberg, Elaria is a band defined by curiosity, artistic integrity, and a sound all its own.
Joining them is none other than Rigmor Gustafsson, one of Sweden’s most beloved jazz vocalists, with roots in Värmland and a career spanning New York to the major stages of Europe. She recently released Rigmor på svenska, a critically praised album where she reimagines Swedish classics with warmth and clarity.
