Tickets & booking
Can I buy a ticket at the door?
Yes, if there are any left. We release unsold tickets at the door from when we open.
I can’t find my ticket – what do I do?
First check your inbox (and spam folder). If you still can’t find it, contact Nortic support at support@nortic.se.
Is the ticket personal?
No, you can give your ticket to someone else. Any discounts (e.g. student) must however be verified at the door.
I can no longer come – can I get a refund?
No, tickets that have been bought are not refunded. As with other cultural events, the right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act does not apply. Think of a cinema or theatre ticket.
Can I resell my ticket?
Yes, you can resell it yourself. We recommend services such as ticketswap.se for a safe transfer.
What is the service fee?
It is a fee for handling the ticket. It is added to the ticket price at purchase.
The concert & the evening
When does the concert start?
The start time is on each concert page – it varies between evenings.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes. The cloakroom is optional, but bags larger than A4 must be checked in. Exceptions are made for people who need to bring a larger bag for medical reasons. The cloakroom costs SEK 30.
Are there seats?
It depends on the concert. Some have dinner seats, others are standing only. The concert page shows what applies. There are a few bar stools and benches that cannot be booked – first come, first served!
Can I take photos at the concert?
We allow photos with your phone, but please be discreet and do not use flash. Professional equipment is not allowed without accreditation.
Does the police bag ban apply at Fasching?
The bag ban has been lifted and is a thing of the past. You are welcome to bring a bag!
Food & drink
Can I eat at Fasching?
Yes! Many concerts have a dinner set-up – look for “dinner seat” tickets on the concert page. You can also eat in the bar when there is room. See the concert page for details.
Age limits
What is the age limit at your concerts?
Most concerts have an 18-year age limit, but under-18s are usually allowed with a guardian. See the concert page for details.
Cancelled concerts & lost property
What happens if a concert is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled, the ticket price is refunded excluding the service fee. You will always be informed by email if this happens.
